Key responsibilities
⢠Audit and optimise both the company page and my personal profile for credibility and searchability.
⢠Build a 30-day content calendar focused on pain points that resonate with technology and operations executives.
⢠Produce or repurpose the agreed content (copy + design) and schedule it natively for best reach, using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite or directly in LinkedIn.
⢠Develop an outreach routine that warms up new connections and funnels conversations toward discovery calls.
⢠Track performance weekly (views, engagement, connection acceptance, qualified calls) and refine the strategy accordingly.
Acceptance criteria
ā At least ten new conversations per week with business decision-makers in our ICP.
ā Consistent post engagement growth (likes, comments, shares) over the first month.
ā Clear metrics report delivered every Friday.
