E-commerce Product Researcher & Alibaba Sourcing Specialist

]Overview: We are seeking a proactive freelancer to help grow our e-commerce business. You will be responsible for identifying viral products, sourcing them from reliable suppliers in China, and managing the initial logistics and store listing process. Core Responsibilities: 1. Product Research: Identify trending or viral products through social media analysis. 2. Sourcing & Vetting: Find high-quality suppliers on Alibaba, negotiate pricing, and verify product specifications. 3. Listing Management: Create and optimize product listings on Shopify using AI tools and coordinate basic translations. 4. Logistics Coordination: Manage the workflow from the supplier to our shipping agents, including tracking shipments and verifying weights/dimensions. 5. Operations: Maintain accurate records in our shipping and product sheets to ensure a smooth supply chain. Candidate Requirements: 1. Proven experience in product hunting and Alibaba sourcing. 2. Proficiency with Shopify and AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini. 3. Strong attention to detail regarding shipping labels and logistics tracking. 4. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines for product launches. 5. Must be fluent in Arabic and English Work Format & Expectations: 1. Engagement: This is a long-term, monthly role. 2. Performance Target: You are expected to identify and source 30 to 60 successful products each month. 3. Flexibility: This is a results-focused position; you can work at your preferred time as long as you deliver required updates on a daily basis.
